London Labour council renews its HMO licensing regime

Another Labour-controlled London council is going out to consultation on HMO licensing.  Camden claims it’s reviewing its current licensing scheme. Launched in 2015, the scheme is reviewed every five years.  A consultation is now open for residents, tenants, landlords, agents, businesses and service providers in Camden and the surrounding areas to share their views...
