The National Residential Landlords Association says there’s been strong demand for its existing courses preparing for the Renters Rights Bill – with new course dates for spring 2025.
The new course will include a comprehensive overview of the Bill and its importance, with details of key legal changes and compliance requirements for landlords. There will be information on tenant rights and enhanced protections under the new law, plus details of landlord obligations, what has changed and how to stay compliant.
Tutors will also give information on process changes following the removal of Section 21, along with practical guidance on ensuring legal compliance and avoiding penalties.
This eClassroom course lasts four hours and is available for £52.50 for members and £90 for non members.
