Landlord Property Exchange (LPX) has secured a new partnership as the official off-market property sales partner of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA).
This new partnership gives over 110,000 landlords access to xclusive, off-market deals, from individual units to large-scale portfolios, across the UK.
It follows a year-long collaboration between the NRLA and Manchester-based LPX.
Founded in 2024 by property entrepreneur James Donohue, LPX matches landlords looking to sell tenanted properties with investors seeking income-producing assets.
The platform claims to enable “confidential, off-market transactions, from individual buy-to-let properties through to large apartment blocks and institutional portfolios.
NRLA members receive an exclusive 10% discount on the sales fee and no fee is charged until property sales are completed.”
Donohue says: “We know it has been a difficult 12 months for landlords, who have had to navigate major changes to legislation against a challenging financial backdrop.
“We are keen to support the UK’s rental sector and help it to thrive, without causing any disruption to tenants, which is why we collaborated with the NRLA to offer our services to its members at a reduced cost.
“I am thrilled that we have extended this partnership helping us to reach even more landlords across the UK and bring some positivity back into the sector, supporting both sellers and buyers and helping them transact in one place.”
Sam Croasdale, commercial director at the NRLA, adds: “Supporting landlords to keep tenants in their homes is core to our ongoing campaigning, and we feel passionately that the Government must do its utmost to keep good landlords in the market.
“This commitment is shared by the team at LPX, so we are delighted to extend our current partnership with them in order to help our members to consider whether off-market property sales are the right route for them.”
