The National Residential Landlords Association is staging landlord forums in Wales starting this week.
Open to landlords, agents and property professionals, the Cardiff Forum will be held on January 28 at County Hall, Cardiff Bay.
Agenda items include the Renters Rights Act, last week’s announcement on energy efficiency, and the upcoming election in Wales.
This forum will run from 5.30pm and 8pm and attendees can just turn up on the day.
Meanwhile the Powys Landlord Forum is being at County Hall, Llandrindod Wells on February 25 from 10am to 1pm.
It includes an update from Rent Smart Wales on staying compliant with the Renting Homes (Wales) Act.
NRLA representatives will explain legislative changes including updates on new Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES).
