Lloyds Living, the Build To Rent wing of the Lloyds Banking Group, has agreed a deal for 294 family homes in Yorkshire, taking its total portfolio of homes to more than 7,600.
The partnership between Lloyds Living and housebuilder Keepmoat will deliver 294 ingle-family homes to the private rental sector across four sites in Yorkshire.
The developments in Hungerhill, Firbeck, South Elmsall and Upton represent a significant expansion of Lloyds Living’s footprint in the region.
This deal features a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes: over 200 will be delivered to an all-electric specification, meaning the homes are future-proofed as we move to zero carbon ready living.
Matt Burgess, chief executive of Lloyds Living, comments: “This new deal represents two fundamental parts of what we do: working with great partners, like Keepmoat, and delivering high quality single-family homes to the rental market in the places they are needed.
“These new homes offer high specification accommodation that meets some of the highest modern building standards; they don’t just increase the availability of rental homes, they improve the quality of it, and the quality of life for our customers.”
The homes will be managed by Lloyds Living Property Management (LLPM) with the first completions expected in October.
